The New York Connection
Joyce brought New York-style thin crust to, "EVANS & BROADWAY" the right way — hand-tossed dough, real whole-milk mozzarella, and marinara made here, NEVER from a jar. Regulars say it's the closest thing to a Little Italy storefront in Colorado.
What We Make Every Day
Every morning, the shop starts FRESH: whole pies are baked to supply the day's pizza slices, bread is made fresh daily for the subs, and the marinara sauce, pizza sauce, and Italian dressing are all made in-house from scratch each day.
The Subs Start With Bread
Our most popular sub is the COMBO DELUXE, available hot or cold. It's made with ham, salami, and pepperoni, topped with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and homemade Italian dressing. All subs start with our fresh-baked bread, and there are about 16 sandwiches to choose from on the menu.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Tuesday is Spaghetti and Italian Night, featuring lasagna, manicotti, chicken parm, and other pasta items, each served with a dinner salad and fresh bread. Wednesday is Sub Day, and Thursday is Calzone Day — with regulars back each week for their favorites.

We don't spend much time talking about how good the pizza is — the people who eat it do that for us. Since 2007, Joyce has been at the counter, the team knows what they're doing, and every pie comes out the same way it always has.
